TRACKED LETTER: Depending on the item, your order will be shipped in a padded envelope or a flat cardboard box, and will be handled like regular mail.
Tracking is very basic and only provides info about the country it's currently in.
There's no guarantee whatsoever that your order will reach you in a timely manner and without damage (even if in my experience they do most of the time).
INSURED PARCEL: An insured parcel is deliverd much faster. If your order gets lost, I will be able to send you a full refund.
If the parcel is damaged, DO NOT ACCEPT the delivery and let me know (see bottom of page).
DELAYS: Your order will be shipped from France. In-stock items will be shipped under 3 work days.
Depending on your location and the shipping option you chose, your order may take 3 to 20 days to reach you.
CUSTOMS: Most orders have a low enough value to be exempt of customs fees.
However if there are any other import taxes, it's your responsibility to pay them. Please check with your customs office if you have any doubts.
SHIPPING ADDRESS: The postal address set up in your Paypal account will be used. Please make sure that it is correct before ordering !
